Coaching is generally approached as an ongoing process that allows for discoveries and growth through continued work. A three month minimum is recommended. One month of coaching consists of three one-hour sessions, in person or by distance. Alternatively, you can do two coaching sessions and one 75 min. Energy Medicine session.
